Adrien 14ad96d4da Python mode cleanup and pip-requirements package add.

Remove max line length from Python mode linter (use projects configuration files instead).
Use the setup.cfg instead of pyproject.toml to compute the project root dir.
Add the synxtaxic coloration for pip-requirements (pip-requirements package).
Defer the lsp server startup.

DotEmacs

This repository contains my personal Emacs configuration.

This configuration is based largely on the David Holm dotemacs I have mosly adapted to my workflow:

removed/disabled packages (still in progress) that didn't seem to be necessary for me,
Use langage-servers (still in progress) and remove packages like CEDET, ctags, scope,…,
Use of Zettelkasten method (org-roam package).
